Who am I?

Originally made in Ireland, I have spent the last 20 years working all over the world predominantly in the travel industry but increasingly in non-travel-related industries too.  I am passionate about all things business development and marketing. I thrive on creatively solving problems, developing efficient growth strategies, creating beautiful brands, and helping businesses to integrate new technology into their business in order to streamline systems and processes and stay afloat in this content-hungry age we currently live in.

I am a digital nomad based between the UK, Ireland, South Africa, and Kenya. I generally work offsite for my clients, turning up (or travelling to foreign locations when working with overseas clients) when required for meetings and activities.  So you don't need to be local to work with me.  In this way, you can have a professional getting the job done and not getting distracted by other office requests.

I place a huge emphasis on robust strategy, creative design, excellent client service, and timely communication.  I work with an impressively talented group of independent graphic designers and website developers to complete the branding circle.  I take on a very limited number of new clients per month to ensure each project gets the attention it deserves.

"Alicia is one of the few people in the travel industry that truly understands the power of technology, can see where it is going and how it will help and influence the travel industry."

— Paul de Waal, Founder at Wetu

I am also passionate about a multitude of other non-work things: comedy, hiking, tennis, writing, spirituality, and food, just to name a few.

Socrates once said “the only true wisdom is knowing you know nothing” and I use this motto in my approach to my life and my business. I am incredibly curious by nature and problem-solving comes naturally to me. I have a thirst for knowledge and I love to learn new things each day in order to expand my creativity and constantly evolve how I approach the work that I do.
